In essence this means that for certain very popular classes of unique property, a dedicated website can be a useful facility. Whilst we are NOT an official “Grand Designs” website, but with this Grand Designs For Sale reference site, we do hope to help in presenting a range of buildings for sale (and also a sold archive for research purposes) that have featured on this very popular and informative television series.
We also hope, via the Unique Property Bulletin website to be able to assist the Grand Designs production team to locate potential candidate buildings for future series. A mutually beneficial website – a two way street. Helping us, help other eccentrics like us, in turn helping the core Grand Designs team if at all possible.
